Order Processing
Most of our orders are ready to be shipped in 2-3 business days. It can take a little longer during busy periods such as Christmas or if the amount of orders is larger than usual. You will receive email notifications with order status updates. If you need to update your shipping info, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order is not packed yet, we will be able to update it.
Order Shipping
Your order is shipped with Royal Mail and costs £3.90 per order.
Refunds
We cannot redund personalised orders, unless they are found to be faulty as they have been created specifically for you. Please read our Terms & Conditions before placing your order.
